I. Introduction:
The valve body of the CARX compound exhaust valve is cylindrical. The internal parts of the valve include a stainless steel float, a lever, and a valve disc. This valve is installed at the outlet of a pump or in a water supply pipeline to eliminate air accumulated in the pipeline, so as to improve the operating efficiency of the pipeline and the pump. Once negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, this valve will quickly inhale outside air to prevent the pipeline from being damaged due to negative pressure. When water starts to be injected into the pipeline, the valve disc is in an open position to exhaust a large amount of air. When the air is exhausted, the valve is filled with water, the float rises and drives the valve disc to close, stopping the exhaust. When water is normally transported in the pipeline, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and at this time, the air is exhausted through the small hole. When the pump stops, the water in the pipeline is drained or negative pressure is generated in the pipeline. At this time, the plug opens quickly to inhale air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
